As of January 15th, Tax Service by Robin’s office at 1427 North Main will be open from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM Weekdays, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and Sunday from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM
As the IRS has begun accepting electronic submissions, we will be alert for the issue of refunds that require us to print them at the Tax Service by Robin office. We will print them and notify the designated customer upon printing. The check can be picked up any time during working hours. We understand that many of our customers are working and there will be a need for prompt receipt of their return.
Tax Service by Robin does have alternative methods for our customers to submit the required information and documentation to prepare and submit their returns. We will accept your information via email or fax, if they are available to you. We also now have an online portal that will allow you to submit documents and provide additional information if needed. We also provide drop-off service for your convenience at the 1427 North Main office.
